How fast can you come out?

Most non-emergency jobs are scheduled within 24–48 hours. Plus and Premium members get priority scheduling — Premium members also get 24/7 priority support for covered issues. Active emergencies are handled 24/7 for members.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Estimates for installation, replacement, and larger repairs are free. A small diagnostic fee applies for active repair calls so our tech can properly evaluate the system — that fee is credited toward the work if you move forward.

What brands do you install?

We install and service all major brands — York, Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, and more. We'll recommend what actually fits your home and budget, not whatever has the highest commission.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Empire HVAC holds Texas license TACLA87570E and carries full liability insurance. We're happy to provide certificates on request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, debit, check, and ACH. Financing is available on larger installations through our partner lenders — ask your tech for current options.
